Stress Reduction Techniques

This course will focus on stress reduction techniques associated with academic writing and time management strategies.
Upon completion of this course students will have an enhanced knowledge of:
• techniques in reducing anxiety around academic writing
• time management strategies
• techniques that improve concentration levels
Tea, coffee and biscuits will be provided
