Yoga and Relaxation for All Abilities with Elyssa Kill

When I went to my first yoga class I didn’t know what to expect and in all honesty, I wasn’t sold straight away. But, after a few classes, I started to notice the difference it made to my mind and body. I began to fall in love with the challenge of linking breath to movement and how that helped me to feel grounded, connected, and relaxed. In 2018 I completed my 200hr Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training in Goa, India. Since then I’ve been committed to making yoga accessible to all. Our bodies are unique and each one moves in its own way, whether you are brand new to yoga or an old-timer, my classes are light-hearted, fun, and completely judgement-free. I hope you’ll join me for a wriggle, I’m really looking forward to seeing you on the mat (or floor/towel if you don’t have a mat!).
