For 2025 entry, the application system will open on Monday 25 November 2024 and close on Monday 20 January 2025, for admission in October 2025.
We anticipate this will be the final round of SWWDTP2 applications, as the AHRC plans to replace the DTP scheme with its new Landscape Awards scheme. For this final round of student-led applications, we will particularly welcome applications which engage with our new equality, diversity and inclusion training focus. Details of this will be provided in our general guidance in July.
We will not be inviting supervisor proposals for new CDA projects in 2024/25. Instead, we will invite those supervisory teams that applied in 2023/24, but which did not receive an award and which remain eligible to make an application, to reapply with the same project.
